I loved the Comfort Family Room. It had three comfy beds with a rustic charm that felt inviting. The staff were outstanding. Ericka and Diana went out of their way to help me, especially with parking. The location was perfect, just a minute from the Christmas markets and city center. The breakfast offered a nice variety, featuring locally sourced products. However, it would be great to have a kettle in the room, especially for families with young children. Also, the central fridge at the reception was a bit inconvenient for keeping drinks cool. Overall, a wonderful experience, but some minor improvements could enhance it further.

We loved the cozy room, but dragging luggage up the stairs was tough.

Charming old-world feel in a delightful setting.
The availability of coffee in the room would have made mornings more pleasant. I was greeted by a blunt reception staff who seemed uninterested in helping after a long journey. The room lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to find plugs for my devices, which was frustrating.

Charming old-world feel, Ideal location near attractions, Character of the property
Small bathrooms could be improved for better comfort!!! Limited parking availability makes it a troublesome experience when arriving, especially for those with larger vehicles!!! Outdated decor in some areas detracts from the otherwise charming vibe!!!

Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The location was fantastic with a short walk to the market square and excellent restaurant offerings. The studio room was comfortable and charming, providing a delightful place to unwind after exploring.
Limited parking options posed a challenge, and the absence of air conditioning made warmer days uncomfortable. Some areas showed signs of aging, which affected the overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel.

i was shocked, absolutely shocked, that my room lacked a kettle for morning tea! how does one enjoy the charming old-world vibe without that? and just when i thought it couldn’t get worse, the reception staff was blunt and uninterested, which is a delightful welcome after traveling for hours. i almost wrote a good review, but nope, can't do it.
